This position will provide a whānau ora approach to meeting the complex mental, health and social needs of taitamariki and taiohi up to the age of 18 years, and their whānau from initial engagement, assessment, and treatment through to transition and/or graduation.
Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications
A health professional qualification regulated by the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003
Is regulated by a health or social service professional body
Has a current practicing certificate
Specialist training in Child and Adolescent Mental Health
An understanding of Māori culture and protocols would be an advantage
Experience working with Māori communities and It would also be advantageous if you have an established understanding of, and network within Taranaki
Full, clean NZ Driver Licence.
You must be eligible to work in New Zealand to be considered for this position.
