Waitematā and Auckland DHB
Waitematā District Health Board (WDHB) serves the fastest growing DHB population in NZ. We live by our promise to the community, to provide Best Care for Everyone - the patient, their whanau, iwi, the community and the healthcare workforce in the North Shore, Rodney and West Auckland Districts.
This position will analyse and provide assessments of research proposals and policies at both Auckland and Waitematā DHB’s, with the goal of improving health outcomes for Maori and other populations.
Ensuring the Waitematā and Auckland’s DHBs Treaty responsibilities are met in research practice
Critiquing research and ethic applications
Generating accurate reports to managers as required.
This role requires:
Ability to move with confidence in both the Māori and non-Māori worlds
Excellent relationship building, interpersonal skills and collaboration
Computer literate (word, excel, PowerPoint, and other databases)
