Reporting to the Client Services Manager, Family Violence, you will lead a small team of three kaimahi and play a key role in shaping how Aviva's users of violence services evolve.

We are looking for a Kaiārahi to work alongside the Project Lead and Advisory Group. The Kaiārahi will provide cultural guidance and mentoring, helping ensure the development process honours Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is meaningfully shaped by tikanga, mātauranga Māori and Māori perspectives.
