Z Rewards is our award-winning Loyalty programme and we are excited to welcome a Mātanga Pirihongo CRM me te Tuku Loyalty CRM & Offer Specialist to the team. About the role
Joining us as our Mātanga Pirihongo CRM me te Tuku Loyalty CRM & Offer Specialist will see you involved in creating world class loyalty experiences. Your mahi will be varied and you will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of direct to customer marketing activities to drive customer acquisition, retention and growth in both the Z and Caltex channels. You will also be responsible for the successful implementation of database driven marketing initiatives.

 

This role can be based in either Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland or Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington.

 

You will have the opportunity to

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns across emails and wider digital channels

  • Track, measure and understand the effectiveness of offers and campaign activity and refine to improve customer retention, growth and ultimately, customer lifetime value

  • Support the Loyalty Offer Delivery Lead and Senior Marketing Manager – Customer Engagement on the development and implementation of Z’s loyalty programme marketing and communications

  • Manage our agency partners and internal stakeholders day to day and providing updates to the Loyalty Offer Delivery Lead and Senior Marketing Manager – Customer Engagement.

  • Be at the forefront of Z’s exciting new rewards programme, Z Rewards!
     

What you’ll bring to Z

  • Proven experience in data driven marketing through marketing automation, the ability to deliver effective personalised marketing campaigns to achieve tactical and strategic outcomes 

  • Strong agency and stakeholder management skills, the ability to partner effectively to deliver on time and on budget outcomes while providing the needed communications

  • Experience with Salesforce would be ideal as well as an openness to embrace new technologies

  • The ability to effectively understand and action insights balanced with creating emotional connections in our campaigns

  • Excellent prioritisation skills, we are working at pace and priorities will change quickly – you will need to be nimble, adaptable and have the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise as needed

  • A drive for success and to contribute to a world class loyalty programme at Z

The base salary range for this role is $96,000 to $111,000 per annum, plus 15% STI based on company and individual performance, a 5% KiwiSaver employer contribution and health insurance through Southern Cross.
