Starting salary: $76,494 - $89,993 + superannuation

The role | Te tūnga
Reporting to the Unit Manager - Customer Services and Support Team, your focus is supporting the planning and delivery of effective customer engagement. You will be a passionate presenter and advocate for the value of data and statistics, helping customers understand and use data effectively. You will take our customers on a journey across the life cycle of our products & services, empowering them to provide feedback that can be used to deliver greater value and better meet their needs. The role is based in Wellington but Auckland and Christchurch would be considered for the right candidate.
This role would suit someone who can bring:
A proven track record of a customer-centric mindset i.e. having the needs of customers front of mind
Strong relationship building and collaboration skills
Experience delivering presentations and discussions to a diverse group of customers
Resilience and flexibility, you thrive and can make decisions in a dynamic and complex environment
Experience with organisation planning, logistics and event management
Knowledge or commitment to developing understanding of Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo, Te Ao Māori
Demonstrated advocacy for, or support of, diversity and inclusion.
