We’re looking for a confident and solutions-focused HR Advisor to join our Advisory team in a permanent position. Whether you're an experienced coordinator ready to step up, or an advisor looking for a fresh challenge, this role offers variety and the chance to make a real impact.
You’ll contribute to a diverse caseload and a range of operational activities and initiatives.
What you will be doing:
Providing trusted HR advice and support across the employee lifecycle.
Supporting managers with employment relations, performance, and development.
Contributing to HR projects and initiatives that improve employee experience.
Helping to interpret policies and employment legislation.
Working collaboratively with the wider Employee Services team.
Operating with professionalism and discretion.
Salary range: $74,815 - $90,347 per annum plus KiwiSaver. The successful candidate will be appointed at a salary which reflects individual skills and experience.

We are seeking an HR practitioner who can demonstrate proven experience contributing to an HR function, ideally in a large-scale organisation.
You will have:
Some experience in HR or a related field – you might be an HR Coordinator or Assistant Advisor.
A good understanding of employment legislation and HR practices.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
A team player who’s keen to learn and grow.
The ability and willingness to adhere to the Public Service Standards of Integrity and Conduct.
