Starting salary: $62,998.00 - $74,116.00 (pro - rata) + superannuation as this role is 22.5 hours per week

The role | Te tūnga
We have an exciting, fixed term opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Pacific Data Capability team supporting the Pacific Statistics Support Programme. This is a five-year programme that provides technical assistance and training programme to national statistical agencies in the Pacific. Its goal is to build Pacific capability in the use of data in decision making and is part of the NZ Government's Pacific development programme, managed by MFAT.
You will be accountable for supporting the Pacific Data Capability team with timely and efficient project coordination, and travel logistics support. This will include activities such as:
project scheduling issues and risk management
drafting and maintaining project status reports and documentation
organising meetings and taking minutes
assisting in onboarding new team members
handling procurement and finance queries
managing monthly financial accruals
keeping informed of policy changes and updates
coordination of travel logistics, including flights, accommodation and transportation to and from the Pacific
