We have the opportunity for an Advisor to join our Team. The Relationship Support Team is a part of the Relationships Group with a specialist focus on supporting the Customer Contact Team through the provision and analysis of information and advice gained through the Genesys workforce management system and other reporting tools
The Provisioning & Systems Advisor is primarily responsible for managing pieces of work commissioned by the Customer Contact Team or the wider TEC. The pieces of work can involve provisioning bulk information to our customers and monitoring return deadlines for reporting and contractual requirements. Supporting our frontline staff to have the insights and information they need to deliver excellent, proactive customer service within service level agreements.
The successful candidate will be adept at both advisory and analytical tasks. This includes confidence working with numbers, writing in plain English, and communicating with people across the TEC.

Provisioning bulk information to our customers and monitoring return deadlines for reporting and contractual requirements.
Drawing on your analytic skills to translate numerical data and spreadsheets into user-friendly, accessible information for the Customer Contact Team.
Using your written communication skills to support the Customer Contact Team with the development and continuous improvement of written documents.
Operational maintenance and record management of Customer Contact Team's technological platforms, and processes, is tracked and completed within the required timeframes.
Work independently on some projects and supports the wider team with a focus on continuous improvement.

Proven Intermediate level experience (minimum) with Microsoft Word and Excel. You will bring your previous experience gained through practical and professional on the job application.
Experience in working in a public sector and or corporate environment
Demonstrated skills and knowledge in workflow management and data integrity
Previous experience as an analyst and/or advisor in a public sector and or corporate environment
Proven accuracy and precision, with a keen eye for detail
Ability to form and maintain successful working relationships within and across teams
Continuous improvement and innovation mind-set.

Remuneration
The recruitment range for this position starts from $86k up to $102k, + 3% Kiwisaver contributions
Placement in range is dependent on demonstrable skills and experience.
