Toi Rauwhārangi College of Creative Arts at Massey University is a world-class creative college with a legacy of over a century of creative education comprising internationally recognised programmes in design, fine art, Māori visual art, commercial music and screen arts.

We are seeking a Senior Administrator to join our team to assist in supporting exciting college projects and events!

Working in an environment that fosters diversity and creativity, you will work cross functionally to provide quality senior administrative support, with a focus on coordination and delivery for high priority events and projects across Toi Rauwhārangi College of Creative Arts.

You will work with professional and technical staff, and academic leaders on coordinating and operationalising key activities to do with recruitment, student experience, staff development, research, community and industry connections.

This is a full-time, fixed-term role commencing on 18 August 2025 through to 5 December 2025. 

Salary band for this position is $58,038 - $82,006 based on skills and experience.

To be considered you will have:

  • significant administration experience and the ability to manage multiple projects/events/initiatives at the same time

  • an ability to prioritise and organise a range of tasks and requests at once

  • enthusiasm for working with many people on a project or event

  • the ability to take initiative and get things done

  • a knowledge and appreciation for creative arts

  • excellent customer service skills and awareness of customer needs

  • demonstrated computer literacy and accuracy across a range of systems, (STREAM, SMS, TechOne, flexipurchase or similar).
