Mō Manatū Wāhine | About Manatū Wāhine
Manatū Wāhine Ministry for Women is the Government's principal advisor on improving the lives of wāhine women and kōtiro girls in Aotearoa New Zealand. We provide system leadership, working across government and with stakeholders to improve outcomes for wāhine women and kōtiro girls.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role
We are looking for a digital specialist who can turn complex mahi into clear, engaging online experiences. As our Senior Advisor Communications - Digital, you will lead the delivery of our website and digital tools. You'll strengthen our website, manage web content and drive best practice in digital communications to create online solutions such as toolkits, learning modules and resource hubs that support women and girls in Aotearoa New Zealand.
Working within the communications and engagement team, you will partner with kaimahi across the Ministry to bring exciting new projects to life including the evolution of our gender pay gap toolkit, women's health resources, online harm resources and the new women in leadership service.
Ko koe tēnei | About you
You will be a solid Senior Communications Advisor with at least 5 years' experience managing digital channels/websites. You'll have strong writing skills, and the ability to deliver high quality digital projects collaboratively and on time. We're looking for someone who can:
· Lead digital projects from concept to delivery.
· Plan and improve website content and structure.
· Write clear and user-focused web content.
· Translate policy and programme work into effective online tools.
· Work collaboratively with teams to design and deliver digital solutions.
You'll also have:
· A commitment to improving the lives of all wāhine women and kōtiro girls.
· Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
· An understanding of the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, and their implications for public service operations.

This is a permanent, full-time role, the salary range for this role is $102,025 to $123,649.
