This is a unique opportunity for a consultant with experience in kaupapa Māori environments, strategic planning, and community engagement to contribute to a meaningful, intergenerational Kaupapa.
As the Consultant you will:
Deliver a cohesive Heritage Strategy and 3-year Implementation Plan
Facilitate wānanga with trustees, community, and leadership
Provide monthly progress updates
Maintain a secure, well-documented repository of content

We’re looking for a values-driven consultant with strong strategic skills, cultural competence, and experience working in kaupapa Māori settings.
You will bring:
Expertise in strategy development and implementation planning
Experience facilitating wānanga, hui, and community workshops
A solid understanding of Tikanga Māori and Te Tiriti-based frameworks
Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Māori heritage and papakāinga contexts
