Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting an Events and Engagement Adviser to join Te Kōkī - New Zealand School of Music (NZSM) on a permanent, part-time basis.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and actively participate in the organisation and delivery of the NZSM’s busy and varied event calendar.
Plan and support engagement and recruitment activities for the NZSM with the wider University and external stakeholders.
Deliver high level events and engagement activities which contribute to the NZSM’s reputation and public profile.

You will be a motivated, customer-focused individual who can take the initiative, provide excellent administration, and deliver a professional public-facing event.
Key requirements:
Proven events and project management experience.
Understanding of event and engagement best practice.
Demonstrated experience of developing and maintaining effective relationships.
