Kaitautoko Whakarite – Administration Support (Porirua)

We’re looking for a friendly, organised and community-minded person to be the welcoming face of our office and support our team with day-to-day administration.
About the role
You’ll be the first point of contact for tenants, whānau and visitors while keeping the office running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Front desk reception and customer service
Answering calls, emails and enquiries
Maintaining accurate records and systems
General admin and team support
Helping coordinate office supplies and logistics
Supporting community initiatives and events
About you
Experience in admin, reception or customer service
Confident communicator (in person, phone and email)
Well organised with strong attention to detail
Warm, professional and culturally respectful
Comfortable working in a busy, people-focused environment
Te reo Māori or Pacific language skills a bonus
