Tenancy Operations Manager - Porirua

We’re looking for an experienced leader to provide operational leadership to our Tenancy Team and ensure consistent, high-quality and compliant tenancy services across our housing portfolio.
About the role
Lead the day-to-day delivery of tenancy operations, support and coach kaimahi, improve processes, manage risk and performance, and ensure positive outcomes for tenant whānau.
Key responsibilities
Lead tenancy operations and service delivery
Coach and support Senior & Relationship Managers
Monitor KPIs, compliance and risk
Improve systems and workflows
Oversee reporting and performance
About you
Proven team leadership experience
Strong operational and process management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
Organised, proactive and people-focused
Housing or tenancy knowledge desirable
